“Shown photos of problem and told work required with a price . Work was carried out and money exchanged but then with next rainfall the leak remained . Came back out and diagnosed something else which they did . Then leak still remained the same as ever . On two following separate occasions said they would come back out but didn't . Tried to contact with no replies . Eventually contacted by phone and agreed refund which still hasn’t happened despite my bank details being provided again. Messages still not being replied to . Just want money back for problem that hasn’t been resolved !”
