Not only that he was able to workout the cause and solution to our problem over the telephone. We were very grateful he was able to fit us in quickly with an appointment. Upon arrival he was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. All work was completed very quickly with no further leaks. We give Rick and the team our highest recommendation to others. We are more than satisfied. 10 out of 10!"
