He arrived on time to give us a quotation, which we are considering. There has been a delay on our part as we have had to reschedule other elements of the project.
Arranged on a sat to turn up on a Monday to look and assess and give us a quote but never turned up, messaged us 10 mins after time to say can’t make it and to rearrange for another time after we changed our plans for the day.
