Very prompt and professional service. Turned up on time to quote and turned up on time to carry my repair out. The work undertaken was all photographed and showed to me. Two polite and excellent workers carried out my roof repair. Overall, great value for money, would recommend.
I'm so glad that PA roofing was recommended to me, genuine, professional tradesman. I've had a new roof Phil has been to my parents and now some small repairs to my dr's house. I can't speak highly enough of him.

Whilst my initial experience with Andy’s team was excellent, his after sales service is non existent!…. Within months of the job being completed, one of the plastic roof tiles has slipped down so cannot have been securely fastened in place and shortly afterwards, one of the main roof tiles has become unfixed and is now lodged in the gutter and despite several texts and calls, Andy is avoiding completing the repairs! Disappointing because I thought he was one of the good ones!

Really good experience, they were quick to provide a quote and get a time booked in to complete the work. Very professional and friendly staff, work was done efficiently and to a good standard. Would recommend and use AP Roofing again if needed.

We initially had soffits, gutter & faciers & was told we also needed a new roof, so agreed to let them fit a complete new roof. When it was finished we weren’t entirely happy & the trader agreed to sort issues out after his holiday. Due to his health issues this didn’t happen. Whilst we were waiting things started to go wrong, ie gaps in the soffits, Ill fitting, not sealed, moved etc. then the ends on the back of the roof started falling off, the hips & ridge tiles didn’t meet, also they fitted clips but instead of fitting under the ridge tiles they stuck them over tiles. They didn’t remove the asbestos at the rear so tiles wouldn’t line up & the edges couldn’t attach due to it overhanging. They told me to get a quote from ano roofer & they agreed to pay within 7days. That was in Oct, we paid out ano £2300 & they now refuse to pay. This had ended up costing us nearly £18.500. I would not recommend this trader.

Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. A member of your family was the building inspector who passed the works, the asbestos removal was not part of the original works. In the remedial quote it states to remove tops and tails mechanical fixings that are needed to hold cuts in place in valleys and hips. These are needed to pass any building control. If there were issues with these then building control would not have passed the works. We have stated to you on a number of occasions if anything was our fault we would pay for it. In response we got an invoice for things that were correct that have now been messed up plus the removal of asbestos which we did not have in the original quote we gave to you.
All calls were answered with prompt no matter what time. Very nice and chatty, reliable kept me up-to-date working Impeccable by all the men. Really impressed with the work. And was cheaper than what was quoted not much needed as though. I will really recommend this company and outstanding work. And I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.
Andrew was brilliant with communication and answering my questions, and the work was done much faster than expected. We were away at the time, but the neighbours said the guys were nice and friendly. They also completed a couple other little jobs for me (resealing a window etc). The price also felt very reasonable, couldn't fault anything. Andrew sent photos along with the invoice as evidence which was very much appreciated.

Great set of lads who did a very satisfactory job. Replaced all three dormer roofs with rubber felt at, what we feel, was a reasonable price. 20 year guarantee given They also replace a few broken tiles. No doubts in recommending this firm
