The service we received from Geoff at Apex Coating Services was very professional. The options for repairing the rendering and recoating the front of our house were explained very clearly. We were given clear timescales for when the work would commence and how long it would take. The men who completed the work were extremely polite and professional. They had excellent work ethic and took pride in their work. They answered any questions we had fully and were also considerate of our neighbours. The area around the work carried out was well protected and everything was left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the end result of the work carried out by Apex Coating services.

Render renovation works

Outstanding service from the team at Apex. From the initial meetings with Geoff that were detailed and very easy to follow and understand the solutions available to us, right through to the application team. They were on schedule, extremely professional and executed an amazing job. We are really happy with the end result. We have a 4 bed semi detached that needed a lot of work with the existing render, the majority was completely grazed and a lot of blow out areas. The side elevation of the house ended coming off completely and needed a full new render applied, this was not included in the original scope, however the team overcome the issue with no extra cost to us. The weather-tex solution has a great finish and saved us painting the entire house after, as we were able to pick the colour we wanted that was mixed into the solution. Application of resin coating on my ground floor walls

Both Geoff the director and applicators Dave and Gary were very timely and courteous throughout. Geoff explained the process in detail and provided colour charts for us to select from. Dave and Gary were excellent and throughout the job consistently asked if we had any questions, any we had were answered in depth and usually with humour. Geoff even appeared on our doorstep one day to check on progress and ensure things were going on to our satisfaction. We were going through a cold spell at the time and the guys worked through it without complaint. As with many processes a large proportion of the work is in the preparation and the quality of the finished work depends on this. However once the application of the resin started it went on the walls very quickly. On completion the site was cleaned up to a good standard with only a large canvas bag containing the waste materials left for collection a day or two after. We are extremely pleased with the finished result.

Great render repair work

Apex Coating Services were very professional from start to finish. Geoff arrived on time and was very polite when he came to assess what work was needed to repair the cracked render on the front of my house. He explained the whole process and gave a competitive quote. Once we accepted the quote the wait time was exactly as Geoff had said it would be. Nigel then arrived and spent 4 days working very efficiently and cleanly. The end result was fantastic and we are extremely happy. We would 100% recommend this company.

Apex Coating Services - excellent customer service and quality work

Apex Coating Services rendered the front and side of our house in early Oct 2025. Geoff at Apex provided a walkthrough of the process and colour samples a few weeks prior to the start of work. The work was completed in a couple of days by two of Apex's installer team. The site was fully prepared with all non-rendered areas masked and taped up. The render was applied evenly via a commercial spray gun. We were very happy with the final result which was uniform and very neat around some tricky areas such as porch roof tiles. If the service meets your requirements, I would recommend Apex.

I was very pleased with Apex throughout the process. Geoff was thorough in his sales presentation without being pushy or off-putting. The application team, Dave and Gary, were hard-working, always there when they were supposed to be, and kept me informed throughout the process. They were also friendly and approachable. Rendering of house

Looked at several companies and received 3 different quotes to render my house. We decided you go with APEX for the works, who were not the cheapest and also not the most expensive, but purely because of how conducted themselves, and how they explained the work and walked us through each steps and timelines in a very professional way, and just put us at ease that we had chosen the correct company who knew what they were doing. Kept us fully informed all the way and completed the work as agreed and described, and kept the site clean and tidy. The house now looks great, and we have already had neighbours ask who we used.
