“Richard and he’s team apex roofing was great with communication and punctuality. We had a leak in our flat roof, Richard came along and gave us a free roofing quotation. He came to the property told us all the detail he was doing, explained to us the job would take 2 days and all waste from the job would be taken away and it all was cleaned after the job was done. Everything he promised was done exactly the way he said . Price was great for the work that was done . Really would recommend Richard and the Apex team! They are fantastic”

Richard promptly responded to our initial enquiry, and visited to assess what was required. He explained the work to be carried out and followed up to confirm the visit date. Work was carried out as specified. Ross, the roofer, was excellent. We are very pleased with the work done, and would thoroughly recommend Apex. We would certainly contact then for future roofing work.
Jay miller visited and discussed the work, agreed on work and paid him 30% deposit. Agreed on date to commence twice but they never turned up. After demanding refund, he is coming up with numerous excuses. Not sure how he got through checkatrade checks. He is saying he is unable to refund as he has already bought the material, but he is not willing to sent me the invoices so I could check if it is genuine. Normally the material would be delivered to my house, not his depot. So he is lying. This is now going on for 3 months, and surprised checkatrade has not contacted him on resolving.
Very friendly and professional, provides affordable work, rebedding ridge tiles on my property. Found the price very reasonable and would recommend.
Richard from apex roofing came and showed me the damage from the ridge tiles where my leak was coming from. He repaired the problem and the leak gone. He was perfect

Richard came to inspect a couple of slipped tiles. A small amount of additional work was required to resolve the issues - found via his inspection process. He was clear from the first call on when he would visit, on what he would be doing and the costs and kept me updated throughout. A professional service throughout, highly recommended.
