“Two guys did a very thorough job and demonstrated good knowledge of trees. They were careful not to damage any surrounding plants and cleared everything up afterwards. Very polite and helpful. My only complaint relates to the admin by the office. I kept receiving requests for money after I had paid the bill!”
“Apex responded promptly. assessed and priced the job. The tree had a preservation order and they dealt with the required submissions to the council and the complications of access, it was adjacent to playing fields used by three schools. On the day the team and necessary equipment arrived as expected and worked hard to accomplish the task in the alloted time. It was a huge tree. The staff were skilled, competent and approachable. I would definitely use them again.”

A representative visited our house, took pictures and told me that it would be HALF A DAYS work to cut back my neighbours overhanging branches. In fact it took 30 MINUTES. The workers then proceeded to play with their mobile phones. I am a pensioner and the cost of £480 for 30 minutes is extortionate. I would NOT recommend this company.
