We had a very positive experience with the window installation team while they carried out amendments to the church hall windows. They were professional, punctual, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality result. From the outset, they worked efficiently and showed great attention to detail, ensuring the work was completed to an excellent standard,. One of the windows arrived cracked but the team were super helpful and quick in replacing this. The team was respectful of the space, mindful of the church environment, and made every effort to keep the area tidy and minimise disruption.

From start to finish Apex Windows staff were good with communication, punctual, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with their process and initially had an appointment with Nathan (sales) I was able to choose all elements of the door from a brochure with lots of choices. No sales pressure just answer to any questions. I particularly liked the booklet with all the public liability insurance details, FENSA accreditation along with accreditation details to other companies like Which, Trustatrader. After the surveyor measured up it was only 4 weeks before fitting. Kieran and Ben (fitters) were friendly and removed the old uPVC door then fitted the new composite door professionally and with care. All work was done to a very high standard. No mess left and old door removed from site. I would 100% recommend Apex as a company to use.

I have recently had more work carried out by Apex Windows and once excellent workmanship and completed to perfection. Sensational work and team who work extremely hard and meet customers requirements. Again thank you once again for brilliant staff and honest and fair reasonable prices and making the house a dream house. The admin team were clear and efficient, keeping me updated on measurements, timescales, and fitting dates. Everything was quick and easy. The fitting team were genuinely lovely lads, worked efficiently, left everything clean and tidy, and were very respectful of my home. The composite front door and patio doors look great. I would 100 percent recommend Apex Windows without hesitation.
