John and colleague inspected my drains, did their own investigation and found a blockage. No collapsed drain whatsoever. They cleared the blockage very quickly. Very friendly and professional at all times. Stayed until the job was tidied up ect. Fraction of the cost i was quoted. Explained how the issue most likely occurred. Will never use anyone other than APJ again. Extremely happy with them and their work."
