Highly impressed with this company. Paul came out the following day of sending them an email. He was on time, very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part and our oven was working again within 30 mins.
Can’t find anything to complain about.
Paul responded within an hour ofy initial email contact and an appointment was made for the following day. The repair was completed within 24 hours. Great outcome. Many thanks Paul.
Oven stopped working in the morning,called Paul who was able to come the same day. He quickly identified that the problem was an internal fuse and fixed it in no time. Called Paul because he had previously fixed a problem with our washing machine. Would definitely recommend him.

I found APM on Checkatrade. I rang the number and Paul answered and said he would ring once he had finished his current job. He did and I told him my washing machine had stopped working mid cycle.He said he was 20 minutes away and he arrived on time. Professional in appearance and manner. Discovered the problem which was a blockage in the air pressure tube which was causing the pressure switch to malfunction. Paul did a rough sketch to explain the mechanism and the reason why the water was prevented from entering the drum. I appreciated the clear explanation about what he found and what he did to fix it. My Daughter also has a Bosch washing machine and I gave her APM’s number in the event of the problem after he had left. Thanks for your prompt service yesterday Paul. 5 ⭐️

I called APM on Monday evening he came out weds and fixed my cooker excellent service.had a new fan put on and a new element fitted cost £170 in total. Very happy saved me buying a new cooker free call out plus free valuation.would highly recommend.

My Zanussi double oven heating element had come to the end of its life I contacted Paul from APM on Monday evening regarding the problem, he knew what it was straightaway, He was super flexible in getting me booked in for today (Tuesday) Work completed in a very timely manner, Lovely bloke very tidy. Will definitely use again and recommend very reasonable pricing.!! Thank you
