Paul happened to be in the area I live and said he would be with me within the hour which he was. He knew straight away what was wrong with my cooker/oven. No problem fixing it and also fixed the handle of the oven. Very pleased

My oven had stoped working, messaged APM at 1pm, Paul arrived just after 2pm. As soon as he looked at oven he knew what the problem was, gave me a price - new part fitted and oven working by 2.30pm. Amazing service- would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with changing a 30 year old integrated Neff oven’s light. Paul was punctual, polite & clearly very experienced. He explained how to change the light (had to literally pull the whole oven out). He showed me how to do it so I could do it myself next time & answered any other queries I had. He also made sure the oven was functioning properly before leaving. I would highly recommend Paul & intend to contact him for any future oven related issues.
