From the start of the project, with structural drawings including all areas of the building work, up to final finishing. The trades men on site have been polite and conscientious completing work to a high standard. Contractors have arrived in a timely manner to complete all the required work. Our experience of working with them has been really positive. I would recommend them without hesitation.”
“Applethorpe Developments carried out an extension to our property, comprising of a utility room and a one bedroom annexe, with kitchen/lounge/diner and bathroom. Prior to commencement we received a detailed cost and time plan. The whole team were great, we were updated weekly on what would be happening and who would be on site. All works were completed in a timely manner and all trades including electricians/plumbers/painters/carpenters/kitchen fitters were very tidy, respectful and helpful. The end result is fabulous, great workmanship. Would highly recommend!”
