Our initial call is free and no obligation, where we will be able to establish the requirements and cost for your project together and discuss your timescales. Each step is clearly identified and you can progress through the stages at your own pace: Concept Design We produce realistic concept designs and drawings using advanced 3D modelling techniques to help you clearly visualise how your space will work and what can be achieved whilst meeting all relevant regulations. Planning When we have an agreed on a design, we will negotiate with and submit local authority planning permissions, listed building consents and other consents as required. Project Management Following the consent process, we can assist with project management, selection of suppliers, costing and budgeting, scheduling of works and implementation on site procedures. We are also able to provide a full range of site management services too if required. Each client’s journey is unique, and our approach enables every client’s needs to be accommodated. We look to work on a fixed price schedule too – no hidden costs, no hourly rates. Our staged payment process puts you firmly in control of the budget.
