Joe did a brilliant job removing our old gas boiler and installing a new one. From the initial quote to completion of job, Joe was professional and kept us informed. Very neat & tidy and great work. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Feel so lucky to have found Joe after being let down by another plumber. His work was thorough and neat. His communication was excellent. He does what he says he's going to do with no surprises. Very professional and skilled. We've found our new favorite plumber. Couldn't recommend Joe more highly A++
The main job was the replacement of an old CH pump. The pump was in a very restricted space in an eaves and other tradespeople had said would be virtually impossible but Joe took it on and succeeded in removing the old pump, which proved quite difficult, and installing a new one. He correctly predicted that replacing this pump, which has been disconnected for years, would clear an airlock in the HW coil in the cylinder, introduced when I partially drained the system early this year, so it didn't heat up. Joe has a Can Do attitude and likes to see a job through.
