After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you

From initial contact through to job completion, I was made to feel comfortable with their professionalism and the quality of work carried out. They were happy to discuss and help me resolve some uncertainties with the requirements of the job without making me feel i was asking silly questions, and I am already planning to use them for some future jobs.

See added comments on job below . Can't say how badly I feel about this experience. Left with repairs to a kitchen unit and tiles. Hard to get a hold off when trying to sort out issues. Never came back to repair as promised and keys not returned. I had to go on a 50 mile round trip to get keys returned. Tried to sort that night and got an abusive text back. Left with expense of having repairs done myself. It may be a one off as I've used before but use at your own risk

Used for 2nd time and awful experience. Left with a damaged kitchen and tiles when fitting new boiler and radiators. Never came back to repair damage as promised and had to go on a 50 mile round trip to get keys back. Calls and texts not returned and when complained got an abusive text back. Worst experience ever now having to pay for rectification work.
