We opted for this trader owing to their positive reviews on checkatrade. However, it has been a disappointing experience with the job not being completed correctly. We have had to get the job assessed by another checkatrade member and have been advised that it needs to be significantly re-done. Communication has been difficult with this trader and the relevant works teams have shown up very late more than once. Nearly one month on and still waiting for a resolution to this matter.

Bit of a dramatic exercise, in that the van was held up due to circumstances beyond their control, and I had to wait in several hours longer than expected, and call the office number a couple of times for updates on their ETA. Once they'd arrived, service was quick, efficient and courteous, and a discount was offered due to the delay.
Very unprofessional. Lack of work commitment You don't want to trust this company.

Archies group did a fantastic job clearing the garden of my elderly mother More than a garden it was a jungle! Moreover thrre was a lot of rubbish left by a rogue trader a couple of years ago. The team was efficient and polite and the price fair. We'll certainly use this company again

Excellent service. The work was done promptly. The two guys that came worked really hard and cleared it in half a day. They were very polite and accommodating as was Ibrahim when we spoke to arrange it. Really pleased with the work. We would use this company again and would highly recommend.
