Matt at Archtech 43 designed our extension to our house in Brackley, We talked through what was possible with him as the shape was not straight forward due to the plot shape. He then went ahead and designed the extension, we had more meetings with him and changed certain features until we were happy with the design. Always courteous and understanding Matt listend to our views and with his experience suggested how to improve the layout. I would not hesitate to recomend Archtech 43 as the architect for your building projects
Matt @ ArchTech43 has been a great help throughout our extension project; it was far from straight forward with several hurdles along the way given the complexity of the site. The work was always delivered to a high standard, and in a timely fashion. More importantly, communication throughout the project was second to none, especially when the unexpected inevitably cropped up from time to time on site. Would very much recommend Matt's services.

Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded (the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site), and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
