Wanted to move my alarm and CCTV from ADT. I use Checkatrade to look for suitable tradesmen and contacted Mark. He agreed a time to come and do a survey. The quote was delivered within a few hours. He didn’t ask for a deposit and told me to pay only when I was happy with the job. He came back today as agreed and installed everything in the day and removed the old systems. Really clean, tidy and polite - never seen anyone out honey in their coffee before though! He then went through the apps and wouldn’t go until we knew the system was working and we were happy using it. Brilliant job. Thanks

Mark did an excellent job installing my CCTV system. From start to finish, he was extremely friendly and approachable, making the whole process easy and stress-free. His planning and communication were spot on, he explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. The installation itself was quick, tidy, and very professional. Mark is a first class guy. He turned up when promised and did a super efficient job of totally upgrading my wi-fi and broadband system so that there were not dead spots around the house. Despite having to drill through really hard brick he managed it with no mess and left a much neater job than I dared to have hoped for. He was on sit in a little over 2 hours and the price he charged was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone.
