“Replacement of Fascia’s and Soffits, guttering! From the initial quotation, which was very reasonable I was impressed . They attended promptly on day expected. The guys were professional throughout the process. The finished job was excellent. They left the area around the house very tidy before leaving. Communication from Gaynor at their office was first class. updating me throughout. On completion of the work I received promptly the 10 guarantee certificate. I would highly recommend this company!!”

Very happy with the work- would definitely use again.
Arkiton were very helpful in repairing the corner of the eaves of our house, where the wood had rotted via a wire that was fitted without the hole being treated. In the meantime we had house sparrows use the hole to create a nest in our loft (very noisy mornings)! We agreed between us that we should not disturb the nest until the 'nestlings' had actually flown the nest! They were very kind and on standby as and when until the nest was well and truly empty, coming in a matter of days and repairing the eaves with new wood all done in the same day. A great job and would recommend the company to anyone.
