“I had to get a planning application through quickly to sell a property I own Jonathan responded to emails and calls very fast. He listened to exactly what I was looking for then came up with suggestions for improvements or alterations. The design of the side extension exceeded my expectations and the plans perfectly reflected my vision for the house. He was really easy to chat to on the phone then when we met he was warm likeable and very professional. The whole process for plans to be drawn up and planning permission given was less than 2 months. Just fabulous. More...”

I decided not to proceed meantime. Jonathan Arnold was very helpful in initial discussions.
Jonathan was really professional from my first contact and to meeting with him. He gave us some good points to consider and the only reason we didn't use him in the end, and it was a difficult decision was the person we choose was from Leeds and had builder links in the area.
