Very pleased with the help Simon gave us - arrived as arranged with regular updates along the way; very informative in regard to the repairs necessary and to the ongoing maintenance of our tumble dryer; and the price seemed very reasonable. Would certainly use them again.

Asap contacted me very quickly regarding my broken dishwasher, a time day date was quickly arranged and appointment kept as agreed and duly kept. Simon from the firm kept me informed of his progress but sadly the machine was deemed beyond repair. Within only a few days Simon arrived again to install a new washer, very clean job with all the packaging and other waste materials, including the old dishwasher, removed on completion of the job. The machine was tested in my presence and all explained to the workings of the new machine. Highly satisfied with work done and would use this firm again.
