Having spoken to Samuel to book an appointment I already felt at ease. He was extremely courteous. I could tell that no job was too small for him. He arrived in the rain in his signed vehicle, greeted me warmly, viewed the tree which I'm very fond of and reassured me that the splits in the trunk were normal and overall the flowering cherry was healthy - No work required! WOW! I feel confident that this company's the right choice when I next need work...”
