Tom did our loft conversion as well as refurbished our entire first floor (changed the layout of the bathroom toilet as well as knocked a wall down & made the smaller room bigger) We could not be happier from start to finish. He showed huge amount of patience with us, from the point of coming back to visit us 3or4 times right at the beginning when we were trying to figure out the scope of works all the way through to the end. We have now ended up with a house that we as a family are really enjoying & loving

Tom went above and beyond to create my loft space. Their time keeping was immaculate and, unlike the reports I had heard of some builders, Tom and his team were nearly always here dead on the dot of 8 o'clock in the morning to fulfil the day’s work promised. Along with this they were neat and tidy, always leaving my house liveable after a hard day’s work. The end result was exciting and I am looking forward to put my finishing touches to the fabulous loft and first floor renovation that was created.

Blueprint conversion is run by a really good guy. He converted our loft and it is so much better than expected, we are so pleased with the finished project. I would definitely recommend him and will be using again in the future.
