“Joe and his team are superb! They replaced some old radiators in my period house but this was just the start. To get them working necessitated unblocking the whole system including hacksawing out some totally blocked old pipework, bleeding the system and coaxing back into life some old circulating pumps. This overran the initial timing knocking into jobs with other clients. However Joe was able to move things around and use his expertise to get my system up and running. He was the embodiment of professionalism throughout. You could not ask for more. Great value. Highly recommended. 6 stars from me. Thank you Joe.”

Our experience with Joe and his team has been extremely disappointing. Despite charging high-end prices, their work was riddled with poor workmanship, inexperience, and unresolved issues. Many installations were so flawed that we had to hire professional plumbers to redo their work. Despite numerous attempts to address these problems, they refused to take responsibility and still demanded payment for incomplete and substandard work. We strongly advise against hiring this company. Save yourself the stress and costs—hire someone reputable instead!

Joe & his team were very good and explained what was being done during the job. I was quite impressed by the fact that when another team under Joe Ashtons management completed their work on another a job early, came over to assist him on my installation. They all seemed very polite and real sense of teamw for this family run business. I was recommended Ashtons by my daughter and will have no hesitation in passing on his details to others.

I can’t recommend Joe from Ashton’s Heating highly enough. After struggling with an ancient radiator problem in my old house for years, I was beginning to lose hope of ever getting it fixed properly. Joe not only identified the issue straight away, but also managed to repair it with efficiency and skill. His knowledge of heating systems, especially in older homes, was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly, Joe went above and beyond to ensure the system was working perfectly. If you need a reliable heating engineer, you really need to look no further.

Great company. Easy to book a appt. and they fitted me in a few days later. Freddie arrived early, which was great, and fixed a few issues we had around our house. He was very polite and efficient and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommend and will use again.
Very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Came in, did the work and cleaned up too - what more could one ask for.
Joe and his team did a great job on a boiler replacement, fitting the work in when needed and were competitively priced. Would recommend and will be using again in the future
Ashton’s were always quick to respond to my initial enquiry, they were very communicative whilst are arranging a suitable time for the works to be carried out. They turned up on time, were tidy, courteous and very nice. They did a great job and I’ll be using them for any future plumbing and heating work.
Joe has been my plumber for years, he’s always a my go to for any problems. He’s fast, reliable and also does the job to a high standard. He’s fixed many issues my previous plumber caused, always is happy to sort my landlord safety certificate and carry out any jobs I need when my tenants report them to me.
Very quick and very good service. The people at Ashton got back to me promptly about my problem, gave me a quote and came out to complete the work within a couple of days. They fixed the issue exactly as I needed, the work was high quality, and amazing value. If you are in the High Wycombe area, these are the guys you are looking for. 10/10.

Ashton's were very polite and the work was completed to a very high standard. The job wasn't straightforward but the team worked diligently to get it finished in a day and they tidied up after themselves.
