Fred was very good!

Following extensive storm damage, Fred worked with us to provide an opinion of what might be done to provide the best future for the bushes and trees. Within 36 hours Fred and his team had carried out the promised work and cleared all the cuttings away, leaving the garden at least as tidy as when they started, all for the price originally quoted.
After a slightly shaky start where Fred failed to show up to give us an estimate on the Tuesday, he arrived with a full crew on the Wednesday (also slightly later than agreed), agreed to beat our existing quote and said he could start straight away. He and his team worked tirelessly to top five tall trees in our garden, cleared the site efficiently and left us the chippings and logs where we asked. Cleanliness and quality were very good and we would recommend them on this basis. Punctuality spolied the initial impression slightly but not enough not to recommend them. Value was also good but slighlty marred by the fact that Fred agreed to beat our initial written quote (slightly) but then at the end would only match it (a small amount of money but it's the principle) and although I have transferred the money, he has still not confirmed receipt.
Very reliable and fast service, left my garden tidier than when they arrived.
