AVOID! He set a start date but did not show up. We did not hear from him for 2 days (deposit paid). He showed up for part of 2 days demanded further payment (5 insistent messages in one day) but then disappeared with no explanation. Assured us the work would be completed by the date photographer's were due but did not show up. Ignored phone calls and messages. His equipment was scattered everywhere when visitors viewing the property arrived 2dys later Finally completed 10days after promised. In all he worked 3 full days. The rest of the time he'd show up for an hour or two and then disappear.
Job was to complete garden refurbishment within a week. Took the money, ordered the wrong stuff. (Mismatching sleepers and wrong size fences) Took more money, didn't deliver any stuff. (lights, etc) Left the garden with broken fence and piles of garden rubbish.
