Both the boss who came up with my problem solution and provided the quote and two fitters who undertook the work, listened and responded to my concerns very positively and proactively. They cleaned up as they went along and again at the end as if it were their own home. Mine was a complex job but was completed what appeared to be effortlessly and my bathroom looks stunning.
