Ian was proactive and professional from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable and helpful in recommending the best boiler and installation options. Communication and customer care was great throughout: quick, clear and responsive, from initial quotes to follow-up emails to check everything was working. Refreshing to see this level of professionalism! Would definitely recommend :)

Ian came and gave us a very competitive quote and we decided to go with him He understood we had to get funds together and he wasn't pushy. We booked a date for the works, Ian and his team turned up on time and completed the job efficiently and carefully. We had also had a hive system fitted which unfortunately had a fault on it but Ian came back the next day and changed the hive. We would highly recommend Ian and his team. Thanks for fitting our new boiler system

Ian and his team were brilliant. Professional, clean and tidy, friendly. Quoted within an hour of job being posted. Very well priced. Great communication. Amendments to date of job dealt with extremely professionally. Can't recommend highly enough. My dad (house sat during the work) was that impressed he'll be looking for IJT to quote on his boiler. Combi boiler replacement done in under 8 hours!
