New roof - skilled work and great service
Anthony and his team re-roofed our Edwardian house over the past 6 weeks. They had done work for several of our neighbours so we knew their work was good. We were impressed by the craftmanship and the detail of the work they did for us. The team were very professional and considerate. I work from home and they would liaise with me to work out when to do the noisiest parts of the work in the day(so that it wouldn't be too disruptive if I had a client). Anthony kept us well informed every step of the way and the work was completed within the timescale he had outlined. We would highly recommend Anthony and his team.

Trustworthy & Friendly
Needed flat roof repaired/replaced and had used Anthony before for small amount of work. His quote was more expensive than others but he took the time to explain that he was aiming for a complete repair/replace rather than a quick fix. Halfway through completing the work then told us the job wasn’t as lengthy as expected and we had some money off the final price. We really appreciated this as we know very little about roofing so it’s great to have someone this honest. Work seems good quality and was completed to high standard. Anthony can be hard to get hold of at times but I think this reflects how busy he is due to being highly thought of.

Roofing Repair
I was recommended this trader by a friend of mine. I contacted him by phone, he visited my property to assess the work needed, he sent a man with an acceptable and reasonable quotation which I accepted, booked in a date for the work to be done and duly completed the work on that date. All of this was done speedily and to the agreed dates and times. The workers arrived on said date and at 07:45 and they were professional, friendly, efficient and hard working. All in all it was an excellent service and I can thoroughly recommend the company.

Great reliable service
We have used A Teale Roofing several times over the years and have always found their service to be prompt and friendly. Anthony takes time to explain what is required, often with a photo of the fault and the quality of the work is always good. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Honest and reliable service
Have used Anthony and his team for a long time and the work is always of a high standard. Anthony is trustworthy to not over specify work - indeed this job I asked him about a number of years ago and he advised to wait in order to get best value and not replace before needed. He didn’t try and up sell the need for scaffolding which was not required but one other tradesman had mentioned. Anthony replaced our front and side gutters. Work was done quickly, to a high quality and was very tidy afterwards. Will always go back to him!

Great Work, Lovely New Roof with Velux Window
Anthony Teale Roofing replaced my old leaky roof on my mid terrace house, added a velux window and repaired gutters. They did a fantastic job, and it was all done within the quoted 2 week schedule to the agreed budget. They sent photos of the work as they progressed, and answered any questions promptly. Brilliant job
We first came across Anthony when we needed a quick turnaround on a quote for some works. Anthony came round the next working day and costed it up for us. When it came to doing the work we were over the moon with the service we received. The guys were so hard working, arriving early and putting in a proper shift. They were always updating us so we knew what was going on and they took the time to explain what was needed and why. They even put a hinge back on our gate for us. They did a brilliant job and they cleaned up really well which I wasn't expecting! We would absolutely use Anthony again - thank you!

Great work, kept me informed at all times
Anthony Teale Roofing re-roofed a slate pitched and a flat roof for me in April. I'm writing this review after nearly a year, so I've had time to see how the work responded through the winter wind and rain. It has been great, and would thoroughly recommend them. Work quality is high, and the process of dealing with Anthony was great: he was always very clear about what he was going to do, when, how long it would take and how much it would cost. When they were on site, the work was done quickly and they were very good at showing me what they were doing, explaining what they'd found and what my options were. It was very clear. They left the site clean and tidy, and even did some minor checks/spot repairs elsewhere.

Fantastic job!
Having used Anthony before to do repairs to the front of the house, I didn’t hesitate to get in touch when our roof started leaking in at the back. This time we needed the roof to be totally replaced and I knew we were in safe hands. Not only is he an excellent project manager, organising everything from the scaffolding to the clearing up and everything in between, but he is passionate and rightly proud of his work. His team are all consummate professionals and did a fantastic job - I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Excellent work - thorough and well managed roof replacement
This work was a total roof replacement of a large, tiled, original Edwardian roof. The project included considerable additional insulation, replacement guttering and flashings and remedial work to chimney stacks. Excellent project management meant that the work was completed within the projected timeframe and to budget. We were kept up to date with progress and saw plenty of photos. Anthony provided us with considered advice and options on related issues that he observed whilst the work was underway. The team were courteous and pleasant and always left the site safe and secure. Any concerns we had about the work being a traumatic experience were proven to be unfounded and despite the work being done during February and March we experienced little discomfort within the house. A leak that occurred during a particularly stormy day before the roof was fully tiled was dealt with swiftly and effectively. The roof looks very good and we are feeling the benefits of the new insulation.

Good , Professional and Reliable
Anthony has done work for us in the past so called upon him again for further roof repairs. He replaced the lead on our bay window flat roof , replaced some guttering and downpipes and did some mortar work. He and his team are very professional, friendly and efficient. Anthony kept us informed and up to date during the job with photos and phone calls. Would highly recommend.

Great Job
Anthony and his team re-bedded and mortared a section of ridge tiles on our roof that was leaking. He came with 3 staff so they could get the job done quickly with minimum disruption to us. They were all friendly and professional. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I was also very impressed with seeing the organised but friendly way Anthony managed his team. Anthony explained everything and was very easy to communicate with. I am waiting on a quote for further work and will use again.

Great work and very professional
Anthony responded very quickly to my problem with an unfinished roof and did an excellent job. He was very caring, thorough and professional and took photos, explaining to me exactly what needed doing. Communication was great and he always arrived on time, and was a pleasure to have around, being very kind, careful, tidy and considerate. Excellent service
I was recommended to Anthony by a neighbour and I was so glad. He came to assess our roof problem and gave an itemised quote as promised which was very reasonable. Reliable and Efficient
Contacted A Teale Roofing last week about 2 gutter problems. He called to my property yesterday evening to assess the gutters and called back this afternoon with his team and fixed the problems. Anthony was both professional and friendly and I liked the way he clearly explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Great service at a competitive price. Efficient and thorough service
Anthony completed a moss removal work/applying a chemical spray. As well as fitting some ventilation tiles and replacing some damaged tiles. He and the team did a great job on communicating what was being done and why. Offering advice along the way and is alway happy to help with any follow up questions or assistance.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient
Anthony responded to my enquiry with a competitive quote. He was able to complete the repair to my damaged slate roof right away. Several slates had become damaged/dislodged around a lead valley. These were replaced with new slates as necessary and the work was completed efficiently with no fuss. I have now used this trader several times and have been delighted each time. I know I can rely on Anthony to provide an honest assessment of the work needed and know I can have confidence in the finished work. This is particularly important where roofing is concerned.

Excellent work and person
Anthony is a true professional. and the work was excellent value for money. Having had a very bad experience Anthony did the work on a leak in my roof completely on schedule as he could see it was urgent. He knows what’s he’s doing and did the job diligently and efficiently. He saw that I was upset by my last experience with another firm and wanted to fix my problem and he is a honest and good person too.
