"I wanted to put an engineered wood floor in my house that would be in keeping with all the other floors. I tried a number of flooring companies but Avana were the only ones that could source something suitable. Avana responded very quickly to my enquiry and a very knowledgeable and pleasant man came to measure up and do the quote. The floor was installed last week and I couldn't be happier. The sales staff, office staff and fitter were were all great to deal with and the fitter clearly had pride in his work. I would give this company a 5 star rating and recommend them unreservedly."

I wanted to put an engineered wood floor in my house that would be in keeping with all the other floors. I tried a number of flooring companies but Avana were the only ones that could source something suitable. Avana responded very quickly to my enquiry and a very knowledgeable and pleasant man came to measure up and do the quote. The floor was installed last week and I couldn't be happier. The sales staff, office staff and fitter were were all great to deal with and the fitter clearly had pride in his work. I would give this company a 5 star rating and recommend them unreservedly.
Arrived for quote and the work completed entirely different way ,they ruined our stair case ,didn't do the job as agreed ,promised to review but never heard back. Very money orientated people. They will get quote and send the fitters from anywhere if they do the job properly you are lucky !! very bad experience and never go back the stair case is done in Jan -2026 and the fitting all coming off on a daily basis now!!!!
