Aaron came to fit a water heater which was wall mounted. For some bizarre reason he fitted this with very thin screws considering the weight. Within 48 hours the heater had fallen on the floor with water gushing out of it. Aaron said he could not help as he was in hospital after a car crash! It then cost me £180 for emergency plumber. A day ago, I found the bolts that came with the heater still in the pack. Why he didn't use them I don't know. The money for the boiler came from a charity as I am disabled with 2 children. Now Aaron is not answering calls
Thermal store / Cylinder NO hot water Aaron is a very friendly, competent and knowledgeable plumber. He kept me informed of the possible options for fixing the issue. Came down twice, once to assess the repair required and 2nd time to carry out the repair. The thermal store required to be drained and new immersion heaters to be installed. All done and hot water has been restored!
New seal needed on walk in bath door Aaron arrived the time we agreed to .this alone was great. The job was a time consuming one( new sea on walk in bath door. One charge for the job only . Thanks for Aaron and My Builder site. Will use again !🤗

Install boiling water tap I totally recommend Aaron who fitted a boiling water tap and chiller for me. He came out to quote and spent an hour planning the job and checking all the parts so when he returned to fit the tap it all went very quickly and smoothly. He’s a very friendly and professional plumber.
Banging radiator's Excellent service and communication, would recommend. Extremely knowledgeable as our setup is a little querky.
