Efficient repair to several windows
I engaged B and G Windows to replace the glazing unit in 2 double glazed windows and to repair the locking mechanism on a third. They were prompt to quote for the work and were able to do the job in an acceptable time frame. They were punctual, pleasant and tidy. I would definitely use them again.

Dependable company for windows and doors
I had many windows that were not shutting correctly as the hinges had become misaligned over the years. A glass panel had accumulated water and a UPVC door hinge had broken. After some searching, I decided to go with B&G windows and I am glad I did so. Communication with Kerry was absolutely first class - from organising the survey to keeping me informed about the arrival of parts at their office. The engineers Richard and Paul arrived on time and completed the job with all problems fixed, leaving the place tidy. There were some issues with the door later but those too were fixed easily at no charge with Kerry promptly arranging for the engineer to reattend. Overall, a painless experience with a responsive and skilled team at a fair price. Thoroughly recommended.

Thoroughly recommended
Richard and Josh replaced the handle on one window, thus allowing it to be shut properly. And took out another window and put it back with new hinges and a proper alignment, thus curing a substantial draught. Came when expected, knew his business, pleasant to deal with, good value.

Wonderful Service for a double glazing problem
We noticed that one of our upstairs bay windows, a dummy window, was dislodged at the bottom. We rang Richard and even though he was not in the area he attended our house in the early evening. As usual he diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it. It was wonderful service as usual, and we were so grateful that he took the time to attend on the same day.

Great Service from the team
We recently had a first‑floor window removed so we could bring large and heavy machine parts into the building. The job turned out to be far less straightforward than expected, but the team really thought outside the box and made it happen. Once all the parts were moved in, the window was reinstalled perfectly, you’d never know it had ever been taken out. A great effort from the entire team.

Honest and trustworthy
I would recommend this firm and would use them again. I booked a survey for a new window and door, but the surveyor, Richard told me that they could be repaired instead. I respect this honesty when other firms try to persuade homeowners to spend more money than they need. The final invoice was for slightly less than the original verbal estimate and all work happened on time.

Good work and communication
I used B & G Windows to carry out some repairs to my double glazed windows, which were completed last week. Communication was excellent. A no fee quote was provided, and the work was done well, and carried out at the time agreed. Which meant I could fit my work for that day around the repairs. Both Richard, who did the work, and Kerry, who arranged the timings etc, were friendly and personable. I would definitely use them again. Recommended.

Reliable company with helpful, friendly staff
We invited B&G Windows to quote us for a variety of window-related jobs. This included replacing window panes, fixing hinges and replacing handles. They were prompt and friendly in all their communications. They provided us with a very reasonable quote and explained fully how long it would take to source materials and to arrange a date for the work to be done. During the visit the work was completed to a very high standard. They were tidy and caused minimal disturbance to us, perfect as we were working from home. All in all we are very happy with the result. It exceeded our expectations! Our drafty windows are fixed and secure and we can enjoy the views out of our windows. We would definitely recommend B&G Windows.

UPVC Front Door Repair
Lock on UPVC front door broken - safety and security issue - thought it would be a new door but made enquiry by calling B and G as they did repairs as well as new installations and left message. Had call back very quickly - asked to send photos which i did - Richard called back and said he could fix it , gave me the price which i agreed and he picked parts up late afternoon and job was completed same day. Good efficient service and kept me in the picture of what was going to happen and when.

We had new windows installed throughout the house. Lounge, Kitchen, Landing, Toilet, Bathroom and both upstairs bedrooms. B&G were excellent from start to finish. They had a system and it was seamless in execution and all work was finished to a very high standard and it all looks great. Had all of the glass replaced in our front double glazed windows, excellent job, good price and they definitely knew what they were doing.
