After finding the problem and contacting Ben and his company we had a visit from Ben the next day to review and give us a quote to strip part of the tiled roof to re- felt fit new battens and set new verge. After accepting the quote Ben and his team were round within a week to do the job. Can't fault the professionalism of Ben, job completed to our satisfaction in excellent time.
