Wanted a replacement combi boiler and after some research settled on a Viessmann due to the stainless steel heat exchanger and 12 year guarantee (being offered on model I wanted). The Viessmann website lists a couple of firms as official installers and I obtained a few quotes online. B T Morgan were competitively priced and local, so got them around for an official quote and from there proceeded with the install. Everything went smoothly, all the guys from quote, to install to follow up system flush were professional, courteous, tidied up and happy to answer questions. The building regs certificate and warranty were also sorted and emailed through promptly. The annual service price (needed to maintain the warranty) is also going to be much cheaper than you see advertised on the TV. Would definitely use again.

BT Morgan Heating contacted me within minutes from using their online quote facility. They were flexible with the timing when we had to move it back due to health reasons. Jack turned up on his own, was professional, quick and respectful of us, the property and the neighbours. He also wore a mask as we asked him too due to our health. He completed the work early, a full combi boiler installation, despite working alone and tested it for me to make sure I was happy and everything worked. He also provided advice about the rest of the heating system and aftercare. An all-round spotless job. The price was that of the quote, no issues there. I would definitely recommend BT Morgan Heating and Veissman equipment.

Had new boiler fitted. The experience from start to finish was excellent from the quote to completion. Dean and James were brilliant punctual and very tidy only reason I new they had done the job was the new boiler everything else was spotless as if they had never been. Would recommend company to anyone wanting new boiler.

BT Morgan have just converted my elderly mum’s open vent system to a combi after the original failed and replacement parts were obsolete. The service and care for her home was exceptional. The engineers are very polite and knowledgeable. The standard of work and completion time could not be beaten. This is not my first experience of their service, having installed a new system in my own property and several of my friends and family. Ongoing service and maintenance has also proved noteworthy. Good job all round!

BT Morgan came out to perform a power flush on my central heating system. I couldn't have asked for two better engineers-Dean and his apprentice James. They were very professional, showed great respect for my property -leaving it clean and tidy; they couldn't do enough and made sure the sysytem was up and running as it should befor they left. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this firm and I would definitely use them again.
