We were nervous about the mechanics of removing a large part of the main external wall and wanted the right person to do it. . We were recommended to Nick Balaam . Nick visited well ahead of the job, spent time understanding what we wanted and from that give us a fixed price we were happy with. A few small unexpected items were absorbed into the project cost which we appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent and we are delighted. The team were all punctual, tidy and courteous. Recommended."
