They showed genuine professional interest and great care in understanding my 95 year old mother’s impairments by designing the optimal solution for providing her with a fully accessible and usable shower to replace her bath. They fully appreciated the deterioration in her physical condition would be progressive and made suggestions that have made the outcome absolutely superb for the future as well as the present. No detail was missed, even making it easy to keep clean. Incredible value. Thank you.”

“Baldwin Slater provided a plumber the same day I called. Andy the plumber arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally to fix the leak. He even offered to vacuum up afterwards. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I am completely happy with the service I received from Baldwin Slater and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

Truly appalling. Engineer tried to rip the gas meter cupboard off the wall, it is a standard box with a key. After an hour I was told that he believes there to be a gas leak in the property ?? Good job I called a gas company when I smelled gas then I suppose ?? Proceeded to rip the gas fire out of the wall and not bother telling me he had broken it. Its now just hanging there Spent the next hour on his phone Received a quote to fix for almost £1,000 Engineer didnt even look upstairs. New company called, fixed within 2 hours cost =£265 Advice - steer clear of this company.
