I hired Banksy’s to repair the gully between my house and next door. They were not the cheapest quote but I was impressed by Michael’s knowledge and the solution he provided for the problem. Other roofers had offered a temporary fix with Acropoyl but Banksy’s proposed using Restec fibreglass treatment for a more permanent solution, and at only a couple of hundred pounds more. Banksy’s team were on site at the agreed time and worked hard all day to get the job done before it rained again. They even patched a tear in my neighbours felt that they discovered in the process of doing the work at no extra cost and fitted vent tiles to both roofs to aid with drying out for a small amount. I was very impressed with the work when it was finished and the leaks are completely gone so far. I would not hesitate to recommend Banksy’s to my friends and family.
We needed work doing to make our roof safe. Michael, from Banskys, replied quickly to our initial enquiry and came round just as fast to do the survey and provide a very reasonable quote. He organised the scaffold (which was done by the politest scaffolders we've met) and he and his team completed the work on time and to the original price, despite a difficult set of circumstances given the age of our roof. There was great communication all the way through. We really cannot recommend Banksys Roofing enough. We wouldn't choose another company after such a 5* service!
Banksys Roofing scheduled work for 14/04/25 but delayed to 22/04/25 due to proper planning. The job included replacing a leaking polycarbonate sheet, yet the leak persisted. The trader and his team attended twice to rectify it without success. Despite his 10-year guarantee and promises to fix it at his cost, the issue remained unresolved as of 16/10/25. Communication has been poor. He missed a 24/09/25 appointment without notice. On 29/09/25, he claimed via WhatsApp to be abroad but ignored follow-ups. On 15/10/25, he answered a call from a different number, promised to attend the next day, but failed to show. He came and applied one coat of product on 18/10/25 but never returned for the "Flexitec" finish. He requested to wait for another job to source the material, to which I reluctantly agreed, but he has since vanished. Meanwhile, new leaks have appeared. His refusal to respond to calls or texts renders his 10-year guarantee seemingly worthless.

We have attended your property on several occasions as a goodwill gesture, as the issues raised were related to work previously carried out by another company. Despite our best efforts to assist, unfortunately we were unable to resolve the matter, for clarity, the 10-year guarantee applies to the Restec Fibreglass roofing system only and does not extend to polycarbonate sheets. As reflected in our previous reviews, we consistently strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer care to all of our clients.
I cannot recommend Michael and his team enough! From start to finish, they provided an exceptional experience. When we needed urgent roofing work, they responded quickly and were on-site in no time. Their professionalism was evident from the very first interaction—they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Michael and his team did a fantastic job taking down a chimney and replacing our roof. He was available at all times to give updates on progress. Very professional. Excellent value for money.

The team was friendly, efficient and professional. They did a neat job and Mike explained what approach they were taking / talked us through the options - communication was really good. Michael was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I contacted him on the Tuesday and by Thursday all of the work was completed to a very high standard for a reasonable price. The roof was cleared off moss and the gutters cleaned. There were some additional issues picked up which Michael highlighted to me and sorted out free of charge. I would highly recommend Banksys Roofing and will continue to use their services, as well as pass onto anyone who is looking for assistance in this area

I had very positive experience using Banksy Roofing for a full replacement roof, including the removal of spray foam insulation from a Victorian terraced house. Michael was very prompt in providing a quotation that was very fair and competitive with other quotes. He had a very positive attitude and had great communication, keeping me informed on progress and developments. The job was completed in the agreed timeframe, to a very high standard and he was very helpful in assisting the process of fulfilling building control requirements.
Very friendly, honest and efficient. Rectified a structural roof issue that had been leaking for some time.
Michael was very helpful right from the outset. He responded immediately to my initial call on a Saturday by coming round and looking at the job and giving an instant quote. On the day of the job he texted to ask if it was ok to arrive early. The job was done super efficiently and Michael and his team were consistently polite and courteous. I have already recommended Banksy's Roofing to other family members.
Outstanding work done by Michael and the team. Our roof was in terrible condition, with damp and mould growing within the rooms. Michael replaced the roof in a very professional manner, getting to work right away and maintaining his excellent work and punctuality. He is one of the very few builders who genuinely wants their clients to be completely happy with the work they do. Since then, he has followed up to check on our satisfaction with the work completed and to make sure there have been no condensation problems. Highly recommend Banksy Roofing. Thanks a lot Michael.
