Bran has completed 2 pieces of work for me. Firstly replacing a stubborn thermostat in my shower and then this week refurbishing my downstairs cloakroom, new toilet and cistern, sink and vanity unit. I am very happy with the results of both. Work completed to a high standard and left everything tidy. I was also happy with the pricing. I would happily recommend Bran for any similar work to friends and family.

This trader failed to finish the job, and began the job turning up 20 minutes late, did not remove or cover his footwear or flooring with sheets, destroyed our bathroom wood fixture using brute force (which will cost us more than this job to replace), put his dirty tools and basket on our carpet flooring, chucked away our existing fixtures from our toilet basin in the bin (then refused to retrieve it and suggested I do it!), ignored polite ask to finish sealing toliet pan, but worst of all, refused to dispose all waste materials from his job including a filthy sewage-covered pipe. Disgusting!
