"Very pleased with the work undertaken by BBM to build a porch, add a lean-to roof on the side and pave a new driveway. All of the lads are very friendly, hard working and do what they can to cater for your needs. They are willing to explain all aspects and offer alternatives with no pressure. They keep the site as tidy as they can and minimise the disruption. Unlike some, they keep to their word and complete everything as promised. The only delays were at the very end for completing little snags, but there was no urgency from me and they kept me informed. Payments are made along the way as parts get completed, so you don't worry about paying for something that might not get done. All materials used are agreed with you to ensure they met your needs, taste and budget, and they did a great job finding bricks that matched the house. The house really stands out now and plenty have commented on how great it looks. I'll certainly consider using BBM again for my next project."
