Painting interior of house - excellent job
Dan painted most of the inside of my house recently. He communicated very well, letting me know what work he was doing, and when. He is an excellent- and extremely fast!- painter/ decorator. He is also a friendly and helpful person - even doing extra jobs, for which I was grateful. I am very pleased with BCI's decorating; Would recommend highly.

Painting job
Dan was able to give us a quote on very short notice for our insurance company. He gave a very reasonable quote for a painting job in the kitchen and a bedroom after a water leak. They managed to do it all in 1 morning and left the place very neat and tidy. Many thanks again!

Turned up late
I had a sudden bereavement in my family yesterday. Dan was due at 12.30 pm to do quite for a large decorating job, all of a three-storey house. I forgot he was coming. He called me at 12:40pm so I guess he was late. I apologised profusely and dropped what I was doing and came straight home. I got there five minutes later. He had left. I called him. No answer. So I left my apologies. We all forget things sometimes. Not sure why he thinks it’s ok to come ten minutes late but not wait ten minutes for me.

Excellent service
The bay in my front room had been affected by damp. Daniel provided a very reasonable quotation and said that he would be able to fit the work in within a few weeks. In fact he offered to do the work on a Saturday which suited me well. He did an excellent job and was also very clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend BCI Painting and Decorating.

Excellent Company
I used this company to paint and decorate the complete inside of our bungalow. Daniel and his brother are excellent workmen, being very clean, tidy, polite and good communicators. The work was completed in accordance with their quotation. We asked for some additional work, which again was completed within the agreed price. If they had any queries they would ask before proceeding. They turned up on time every day and did not finish until that day's planned work was completed. In all the job took 5 days. We had no problems whatsoever and have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential customers.

Internal decoration of house - delighted with result
Decorated entire internal house minus kitchen. Work done to budget and on time. Used initiative when we were not present, and at times, worked around other trades and provided suggestions and help with unrelated issues. A pleasure to have working in the house and have no hesitation in recommending. We will definitely use again on the exterior of the house next year.

Decorating the hallway and stairs
We left BCI with the fairly big job of redecorating the hallway and stairwell in our house, while we went on holiday. Given that there were a few uncertainties when we left, such as what state the walls were in underneath the old wallpaper, we were half expecting the work to still be in progress. In actual fact, the whole job had been completed and to return to what felt like a new house. Dan and his team had done an excellent job while we were away, and we were very satisfied with the outcome. We only dealt with Dan and he gave a reassuring air when we met him. He was confident, knowledgeable and easy to get on with.

Quality Service
Dan and his team did an excellent job painting the outside of my house. He's a really nice guy. Gave me a quote, booked me in and followed up the week before to check everything was still ok. My dad actually recommended him to me as he had done some work at a local social club and he was very impressed with his work (my dad is really fussy) Dan's Team did an excellent job and take great pride in their work. He will also be painting the inside of my house soon. I have no difficulty recommending his services and pass on his details to my family and friends.

Exceeded all expectations
Dan painted my entire house while it was empty, working long days and evenings to ensure it was all completed in the timescale he promised. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. He made recommendations and gave advice. He was extremely communicative and always ensured we were happy at every stage. Other tradesmen ended up holding him up and he was extremely patient and helpful at working around them. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family.
