"Dave from BDI visited to try and identify the problem why some sockets in my house where tripping. He was professional, very knowledgeable, respectful and punctual. He was able to try a number of ways to narrow down the cause all whilst being transparent. Sockets are now working as they should. I am assured that if I have any electrical problems in the future I can rely on BDI for their excellent service."
