“After a spell of heavy rain and high winds, we discovered that water was leaking in the roof somewhere and collecting on top of our window units, which was then pouring in via gaps and screw holes. I contacted BHB as they had done excellent work for my parents; they quickly assessed the situation and gave a run down on the likely causes and solutions required. All the work was completed on time, on budget and in a tidy and efficient manner. So far, we've had no more problems with leaking windows! Another ten-thumbs-up experience, would definitely contact BHB again.”
“We had a hard to trace leak to our conservatory roof. Other companies had tried and failed to solve it. After the repair we had a very long dry spell so I couldn't tell if Bear House Build had succeeded where others had failed. However, I can now report that with some creative thinking, they came up with a new solution that has worked! I'm very pleased with the result. I'm just sorry it's taken me so long to write a review.”
“The garage roof was in a very poor state, the quote was reasonable with everything explained at all stages. Lily and her team were very pleasant to deal with, doing everything they could to be tidy and thorough even working on through driving rain. Since the work has been completed there has been some torrential downpours, not a drop has come in. I have no hesitation in recommending Bear Housebuild and Roofing. Very happy customer.”
