"After a spell of heavy rain and high winds, we discovered that water was leaking in the roof somewhere and collecting on top of our window units, which was then pouring in via gaps and screw holes. I contacted BHB as they had done excellent work for my parents; they quickly assessed the situation and gave a run down on the likely causes and solutions required. All the work was completed on time, on budget and in a tidy and efficient manner. So far, we've had no more problems with leaking windows!
