Having used Beeches for my 2 previous properties had the team back to transform garden in my new house . Freddy and the team built us a super resin patio with resin border at the top of garden , turfed the middle tier and another resin bound patio at bottom level in front of house in 3 colours with a very contemporary design. Also lovely steps and path joining all level’s together. Fantastic job and will be having them back to do drive done once interior of house is finished.

After agreeing a price for the work to be done heard nothing more had to constantly chase the guy all the time for a start date . Eventually got the job done. Afterwards had to keep asking Martyn for my guarantee. Now after about a year I’ve found that an area of the resin has come away causing the stones to become loose and a hole appearing. I have left many texts with this company, phone calls, voicemail messages eventually got back to me making threats and swearing. This company still hasn’t rectified the problem.

This work was carried out late, with frequent excuses. After installation, it was clear half the path had been installed with a different colour and had cracks . Because of a medical issue, we allowed time for them to come back and reinstall the surface all in one colour and then repair the cracks. We paid the balance and then there were cracks again. We complained under their guarantee and have not heard from them since.
