He text me ahead of time to give me an ETA, he arrived bang on time and talked me through exactly what he was doing. He was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours and had me up and running. I called Ben this morning as I had no heating and hot water. He was busy today but agreed he could visit in the next couple of days. I then got a call back saying he’d managed to move some things around and would be able to visit this afternoon.
