We don't use anyone else and have recommended him to neighbours, two of whom have also used him and are very happy. He is very knowledgeable and solution-focused. His prices are competitive and the quality of the work is excellent.”
Detailed reviews
This is the third time we have commissioned Bespoke to undertake work on our home, I hope that is recommendation enough. The work included: opening up the eaves space and super insulating the upstairs; rebuild and refit of 2 bathrooms; installing Velux windows; and a new staircase. Paul coordinated the trade expertise alongside Building Control. He was always accurate and honest in estimating time and cost. Paul is both conscientious and reliable, even checking in at weekends - especially when we had part of the roof open. Quality and pace of work was high but, most importantly, they were a really personable bunch to have in our home – fuelled mainly by tea! This review is written six months after Paul and his team left us. We continue to be really happy with Bespoke’s work and would have no problem recommending them or indeed asking them back again in the future.
Paul was a great builder to work with. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, and the work was of a high standard. What minor snags remained on completion he sorted out promptly. I would thoroughly recommend him and if we need more work done in the future, he would be our first choice.
We first contracted Paul from Bespoke in December last year to knock down a couple of internal walls and insert a steel supporting beam to make our kitchen, lounge and dining room into one. The job also included reinstalling and insulating the ceiling, plastering etc and fitting a reclaimed fireplace and tiling the hearth. We were delighted with the work. As a result, Paul is now our go-to builder for any project in the house and has just completed the renovation of our downstairs washroom. The quality of the work is great; the price is competitive; and Paul has a can-do attitude that means he looks for solutions rather than worrying about problems. I would recommend him unreservedly and did so to a neighbour who is also extremely pleased with the work.

I cannot recommend Paul and his team enough at Bespoke build solutions. They were incredibly informative and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening in the extension. His work looked fantastic and was completed within the time frame and to the highest quality. Thank you for your help.
Paul and his son were very kind and explained everything in detail and with clarity to my parents. The quotation was received in a timely way and questions were answered promptly and kindly. Organisation of availability to undertake the work was swift and the work was undertaken as planned, efficiently and completed slightly ahead of schedule. Paul was knowledgeable, the results look great, the stages were photographed and guarantees received. Altogether a skilled builder with great organisational and interpersonal skills. A relief that my parents were in good hands. Thank you!
We really cannot recommend Bespoke Build Solutions highly enough. They replaced two ceilings for us, replaced the kitchen gully and replaced and reset a drain cover. If you are looking for competitive rates and a high standard of workmanship look no further. Paul and his team really went the extra mile-efficient, considerate and highly skilled. We were kept informed every step of the way. Paul is highly knowledgeable and generous in sharing advice and guidance. We hope they will be able to work with us on future projects.
Used for Roof/building work. The standard of work was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the end result. The firm were professional and incredibly helpful throughout and we would highly recommend. All aspects and stages of the job were completed to a really high standard.
The work involved extending a downstairs room, altering the roof and fitting a downstairs shower room in the existing cloakroom in a conservation area. Although the work was small it was very tricky and involved a lot of careful thinking to ensure the roof fitted in with our existing slate roof. Paul found creative solutions to any issues. He worked every day on the project until all the work was completed within the time period specified. Paul's many years experience of building includes projects large and small; his knowledge of electrics and plumbing is also very good. Paul explained all work to us so we knew what he was doing and why. Paul was easy going, knowledgeable, straight talking and honest. Paul dealt with building control efficiently; there were no issues. Paul cleaned the site well before he left, ensuring all rubbish was removed during the build. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Paul and use him again for any future work.
Paul built an extra bedroom in our house and also fitted in new stairs. I would 100% recommend him to anyone as he did a really good job, we are very happy and will be using him in again in the future !
Paul fitted a bifold window in our kitchen with such precision and expertise. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently, but was so meticulous about getting everything perfect. Clearly a naturally talented builder with great ideas and work ethic. He’s also a lovely guy to have around, polite and cheerful! I would highly recommend him.
Paul carried out a total refurb of my bungalow, including knocking down walls installing steel supports, loft installation, total bathroom refurb including all the plumbing. Total refurb of the kitchen/living room including fitting kitchen units, installing work top level oven, kitchen sink, shelving. He replaced all the electrics and completely decorated throughout. He installed underfloor heating and laid flooring, as well as installing bi-fold doors. I found Paul to not only be an excellent all-round professional, but he was a friendly, trustworthy individual who kept me informed on a regular basis of the work carried out, and he always consulted me on any job before commencing. A huge plus point for me, was that he always turned up on time and carried out all the work in a very timely manner. I am absolutely delighted with the work he has carried out on my property/home, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an excellent professional builder
Paul from Bespoke Build Solutions completed our pitched roof conversion to an incredibly high standard, arriving on time every day and was more then happy to discuss different options. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Paul for future jobs, overall excellent from the initial point of contact to completion.
