"Initially the work was to involve moss removal only, which was carried out effectively (Raul). However, it was discovered that a significant amount of additional work was required (Billy & John, I personally also reviewed the roof condition), the roof being completely renovated (new fascia's, soffits, gutters, timbers (gable ends), membrane, batons, cement repointing for the apex and gable end tiles, the trusses also subject to additional bracing). This was carried to the highest quality (Mark, Raul et al) with additional services such as scaffolding, debris removal & guarantee included."
