Chose the company based on reviews and 10/10 score. We spoke with Michelle prior to booking and asked all the relevant questions. 4 cleaners arrived 2 hours before the agreed time, not convenient. Had to keep checking that they were cleaning the areas we agreed with Michelle. Felt like there was a huge disconnection with Michelle and her team, kept having to go back and fourth to get things cleaned. The cleaners wanted immediate payment before leaving but we were not told in advance about settling. Overall the experience wasn't great. I still had to clean dust afterwards, areas they missed.
