We carried out a full-house renovation of a Victorian terrace in London, including a triple-storey extension. The renovations took 7 months. Everyone who has come to see the house has been wowed by what the builders have achieved.

We ask the team to carry out a loft conversion with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. From start to finish they went above and beyond for us. They have been the best team we have worked with. It’s rare to say they were a pleasure to have in our home. They finished on time and to budget.

Shocking, terrible, unacceptable. Some words that describe Adrian Paul's (owner of Best Ldn Loft) project management skills. At the time of of writing (29.11.2023) despite evidence shown I have a bathroom window the has a sizeable gap at the top letting in draft and a loft radiator supplied and fitted by Best that only emits lukewarm heat at best. Unsafe removal of roof tiles, leaks during construction, defective French Juliet doors having to be refitted have been a few other issues. He is rude and argumentative almost always pushing the blame on everyone else. Disgusting behaviour.

Was the second time we used BLL; they’re highly professional builders with solid output. The project was kept on time, and we were kept well in the loop for scheduling and Building Control approvals. Would fully recommend.
