Steve was so kind today.... he was upfront showing me the simple remedy with my lock problem - where many other people could have potentially seen this as an opportunity to make a few quid and rip off the customer - but Steve showed me the simple fix - not involving any new lock or work to be done. What a lovely man! Would defo use Best of Lock again - hoest and reliable.

Steve from Best of Lock was awesome! He showed up quickly and was super friendly. We called him because a key had snapped off in the lock, he replaced the barrel in no time, then noticed our door handles were broken and fixed those too. I mentioned another door we were having issues with, and he even realigned that for us while he was here. Really helpful, quick, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who needs a locksmith!
