Excellent removals team and company!
I have now used Best Rate Removals twice to move flat in South East London and have had a really good experience both times. The team was communicative and helpful ahead of the move and pricing was transparent and competitive. On the day of the move, the team were great. They were friendly and dealt with many flights of stairs and some tricky angles, working hard to get our furniture and belongings safely moved, despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. I would definitely use them again with any future move.

I recently used Best Rate Removals for my move from a 2-bedroom flat in Ealing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. The move involved no lift and everything had to be carried down several flights of stairs, which was a very hard job, but the team handled it without any issues or complaints. Moving with children can be stressful, but they were very family friendly and considerate throughout the whole process, which made a huge difference on the day. They were also very helpful with all the heavy lifting, and they even helped pack some of our items and carefully wrapped a few pieces of furniture to make sure everything was protected. Everything from our 2-bedroom flat in Ealing arrived safely and on time. The price was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company.

We recently used Best Rate Removals for our move and had Sean, Roger and Asen helping us on the day. Sean and Roger really led the day and kept everything running smoothly. All three were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Moving can be stressful but the three of them made the whole process feel easy and organised. They were punctual, careful with our belongings and incredibly efficient without ever rushing things. Everything was handled with real professionalism and they were also just genuinely nice guys to have around during a long moving day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team

They were so helpful with a particularly awkward entrance and exit - they took so much care with all of our furniture and nothing was too much trouble! As their name suggests, they gave me the best rate out of 5 companies and provided the most resources (vans and people). They moved our life in 6 hours with no incident. I paid for four guys, but at times it felt like there were eight. At the new place, despite our bad direction and indecisiveness of what goes where, they were patient and graceful at all times. Really positive experience.

We would like to thank Sean, Lee and Denny from Best Rate Removals & Storage who removed a large and very heavy wine cooler appliance from a particularly awkward, restricted area in an outside shed in the London NW11 area this morning - in the rain! My husband and I did not place the order to Best Rate - we were just the household from which the item had to be removed but we are very keen to voice our thanks. They arrived punctually, completed the job brilliantly and were very careful to protect the paintwork and wood on the shed door and other doors. Every item they had to remove from the shed to clear access was carefully put back by them at the end of the job. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

After living in my home for 13 years, the move was understandably quite stressful, especially with it being a long-distance relocation from South East London to the North East, and with a large amount of belongings. From start to finish, your team was professional, efficient, and incredibly reassuring. I really appreciated how carefully everything was packed and loaded, and I was especially grateful for the extra help installing my treadmill and coat stand at the new property.
