Barry and his team have done excellent work for us on a number of projects this year. Initially we used him for all the preparation for our new kitchen install, and because he did a good job we’ve had him back for several other jobs. He can be relied on to solve any underlying problems without fuss, and costs are reasonable for the quality of work done, and in line with initial estimate. Barry had an established relationship with the kitchens company and fitters, and arranged work across all the other trades (building, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, windows etc). Everything was completed within the quoted prices and on schedule, everyone was considerate and approachable, and we are happy with the standard of work completed. Will certainly be in contact with Barry for future work on the house.

Barry at BH Construction certainly lived up to the references posted earlier. He was extremely approachable and patient is planning for an evolving project, providing invaluable advice and foreseeing issues before they occurred. His team of subcontractors were equally impressive and well-managed so the project did not lose momentum. He arrived promptly, started work immediately kept to the agreed estimate and time schedule with no unexpected extras on completion. He was personable and patient, willingly providing help and advice outside the immediate project and had done much to restore our faith in local builders. We are looking forward to him coming back for a new project in the coming months and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to friends.
